You've Already Tried
The desire to change your life is real and it's serious.
Not the vague wish for things to be easier, but a specific, recurring recognition that the life you're living isn't the life you're capable of — that something significant is possible that isn't yet present, and that the gap between the two has been there long enough to stop feeling like a temporary situation and start feeling like the shape of things.
You've read the books.
Done the courses.
Had the realisations.
Made the commitments.
And life has shifted in places — but not, somehow, at the level that would make it genuinely different.
The changes don't hold, or they hold in one area while nothing moves in another, or the inner experience of life stays roughly the same even when the outer circumstances improve.
The self-help world's answer to this is usually more — more method, more discipline, more clarity on the vision, more accountability.
And you've tried more.
The problem isn't effort or sincerity or even the quality of the methods.
The problem is that every method you've tried has been working on the conscious mind — the 5% — while the other 95% has been quietly running the life it knows how to run, undisturbed.
Where Life Actually Gets Generated
The conscious mind — the 5% — is where you read, decide, plan, commit, and choose.
It's where change is conceived.
The subconscious — the other 95% — is where life is actually generated.
It runs the patterns that determine your default emotional state, your relationship to money, your behaviour under pressure, your capacity for intimacy, your tolerance for success, your recurring responses to the same recurring situations.
It absorbed all of this from experience — from childhood, from formative relationships, from everything that happened before you had the language or the framework to evaluate it — and it runs these programs faithfully, below the level of conscious awareness, regardless of what the conscious mind has decided to do differently.
This is why life change at the conscious level produces conscious-level results.
Insights that don't transfer into behaviour.
Behaviour changes that don't change the felt quality of the life.
External circumstances that improve while the inner experience stays recognisably the same.
The subconscious isn't resistant to change out of stubbornness.
It's running what it knows.
It was built from a specific set of experiences, formed specific conclusions about how life works and what you can expect from it, and it generates daily experience that is consistent with those conclusions — reliably, below the threshold of conscious choice.
Changing your life at the level that matters — the level of felt experience, default patterns, what life actually produces rather than what you consciously intend it to produce — requires reaching the subconscious directly.
Not explaining things to it.
Not trying to override it through willpower.
Not hoping that enough conscious-level change will eventually filter down.
A direct instruction, delivered in a form the subconscious can receive, at the level where the life is actually run.
Reaching the Level Where Life Is Run
Inner Influencing is an established methodology built specifically to communicate with the subconscious mind — to deliver instructions at the level where life is generated, in a form the subconscious can receive and act on without resistance.
As a Master Practitioner, what I see consistently is the difference between people who have done extensive conscious-level work and still find life unchanged at its foundations, and what becomes possible when the subconscious receives a new instruction at the right level.
The change that results isn't effortful.
It's structural.
Life simply begins to run from a different program.
The entry point uses a specific trigger phrase — "Purple Cow" — embedded deliberately in each statement.
The phrase is unusual by design: it signals to the subconscious that what's incoming is a direct instruction rather than more conscious input to be processed and quietly absorbed into the existing program.
One statement.
Said once.
And the subconscious receives something it can act on at the level where life is actually generated.
Try It for Yourself
Read each statement below slowly — out loud if you're able to.
Say it once, then stop.
Let a moment of quiet follow before moving to the next.
Notice whatever arises — a sense of something shifting at a level beneath thought, a quality of the possible becoming more present, something that feels even faintly like the life you want moving closer rather than staying where it is.
Statement 1 — The Surface Pattern
"Subconscious, when I say Purple Cow, you will get rid of all the patterns, programs, and default settings that are generating a life smaller than I'm capable of and keep me free from that from now on, and do this in a way that is natural, easy, instant and graceful. Purple Cow."
Statement 2 — The Hidden Layer
"Subconscious, when I say Purple Cow, you will get rid of any belief that the life I want is for other people but not reliably for me, that I am too set in my patterns to genuinely change, or that the gap between the life I'm living and the life I'm capable of is simply how things are, and keep me free from that from now on, and do this in a way that is natural, easy, instant and graceful. Purple Cow."
Statement 3 — Opening the Positive
"Subconscious, when I say Purple Cow, you will make it easy for me to live the life I'm actually capable of — generating it from a new program, one that matches what I know is possible rather than what has simply been familiar, and keep me in that from now on, and do this in a way that is natural, easy, instant and graceful. Purple Cow."
What Did You Notice?
Whatever you noticed — a sense of something releasing at a level beneath the usual thought, a breath that carried something different, a feeling that the possible had expanded even slightly — that was your subconscious receiving a new instruction at the level where life is run.
Life change at this level doesn't tend to announce itself as a dramatic event.
It tends to show up in the pattern of days — decisions that go differently, responses that aren't the habitual ones, a recurring situation that resolves in a new way, a quality of the life that wasn't there before.
The Free Discovery Kit Takes You Further
The programs running your life were built from specific experiences and formed specific conclusions.
The Inner Influencing Discovery Kit goes deeper into that level — the science behind what you just experienced, more tools for updating the programs at the source, and the beginning of life actually changing at the level where it's generated.
It's free. And if something just shifted beneath the surface — that's the subconscious responding to its first new instruction.
