When your body is nourished with foods that support your nervous system - like leafy greens, omega-3s, and magnesium-rich options - your mind finds it easier to calm down. You don't need a perfect diet - just one that gently supports your emotional balance.

And sleep, often overlooked, is essential. When you're well-rested, your mind has the strength to regulate emotion and respond to life with more clarity and ease. Prioritizing rest is one of the kindest things you can do for your peace of mind.

Finally, there's nature - a steadying presence that asks nothing of you. A few moments outdoors can slow your thoughts, soften your breath, and bring your attention back to what's real and safe in the here and now.

These gentle practices work best when done consistently. But for worry that runs deep, or keeps coming back no matter what you try, there may be something deeper in your energy or subconscious that's asking to be cleared.

Energy Work: Clearing Worry Where It Lives

Sometimes, however, they say, worry is a comfort to you. Sometimes worrying about something or someone makes you feel closer to the thing or person you are worrying about. It makes you feel like you are in control.

The Angels want to tell you that worry does not give you control. Worry only gives you fear.

They ask you to consider that you could begin to give up worrying. You could let go of one small part of worry, a little at a time.
