It is important for you to get out of the deep well that you are in. In this case you could be suffering from depression which is a deeper problem and needs specific help.
Sadness in and of itself can be lifted. You might be sad now or you may have been sad in the past but this doesn't have to continue. You can grieve or mourn what you have lost, and then one day the sun starts to shine again and you can feel happy.
Sometimes you might feel that you have to feel sad. Sometimes you might feel engulfed in sadness and unable to shake it off.
The Angels want you to recognize though, that it is helpful for you to choose to do things that can help shake your mood - like listen to music, read or watch something uplifting and spend time with people who like you and care for you.
