Choose something small to make. Write something or draw something. Make creative plans for your garden.
When you take these creative steps, you will grow. You will grow in your heart, your mind, and your spirit. This is because this creativity is coming from within you and you are expressing it in the most natural way possible according to your needs and desires.
You do not need to interact with anyone else in the expression of your creativity. You can easily and effortlessly set pen to paper or write or draw and see what flows from you.
Will you give yourself permission to be free? Will you give yourself permission to engage in unabridged creativity, in stream-of-consciousness expression? What wonderful thoughts will you discover? What amazing abstractions and concrete visual things will you create?
It is not up to anyone but you to decide what to create. You need to revel in the power of that. You need to see the extreme joy this can bring to your life.
